Hummingbird PR-1 Preroll Filling Machine
The Hummingbird PR-1 is the foundation of the Hummingbird Workflow, designed to give operators a flexible platform for filling prerolls across multiple formats. Its centrifugal filling system can process up to 120 cones per run while keeping the footprint compact and operator-friendly.
Interchangeable Pod Sets and Fill Kits allow the PR-1 to adapt to different cone sizes, blunt formats, fill weights, materials, and production requirements. Instead of buying a separate machine for every SKU, operators can expand the system with additional tooling as their product line changes.
For teams that want a scalable starting point, the PR-1 provides the core filling platform that can operate on its own or connect directly with the Hummingbird Finisher as part of a complete production workflow.
Hummingbird Finisher 2.0 Preroll Closing System
The Hummingbird Finisher 2.0 is the closing platform of the Hummingbird Workflow, designed to turn filled prerolls into consistently finished products. It closes up to 120 prerolls at a time with either a Dutch crown or tuck finish.
Filled prerolls move from the PR-1 to the Finisher in the same Split Pod Sets, keeping product organized while reducing unnecessary handling between production steps. Interchangeable Finisher tooling allows operators to move between different cone sizes and product formats as production needs change.
The Finisher 2.0 connects filling and closing into one continuous Hummingbird Workflow, helping production teams reduce manual touches and keep product moving efficiently from fill to finished preroll.
Cone Pod Sets
Hummingbird Cone Pod Sets are built around the specific cone brand and size you run, giving each SKU the fit and alignment needed for consistent production. Standard sizes range from 60 mm pinners through 110 mm 1-gram cones.
Choose Full Pods for filling-focused production or Split Pod Sets when the same pods need to move from the PR-1 into the Hummingbird Finisher. This lets operators keep prerolls organized and supported as they move through the workflow.
As your product line expands, additional Pod Sets allow the same Hummingbird system to support more cone sizes and SKUs without changing the core equipment. Each new Pod Set expands what your existing Hummingbird Workflow can produce, making it easy to add new products as your business grows.
Blunt Pods for Blunt Tube Filling
Hummingbird Blunt Pods extend the Hummingbird Workflow beyond standard cones, giving operators a dedicated platform for straight blunt tubes and specialty wraps. The pods hold each tube securely through filling while keeping product organized throughout production.
Blunt Pods work directly with the PR-1 and can be configured around different tube lengths, diameters, and tip styles. Hummingbird supports blunt formats from leading suppliers including PreRoll Distro and Custom Cones USA, giving operators more flexibility when expanding production.
From glass-tip tubes to other premium blunt formats, operators can expand their product lineup without adding a separate filling machine. Additional Blunt Pod Sets allow new formats to be added while keeping the same core Hummingbird equipment and production workflow.
Preroll Tooling for Different Weights, Sizes & Formats
Every preroll production line is different. Hummingbird offers additional tooling to configure the Workflow around your materials, target weights, product formats, and production requirements.
Standard and Short Fill Kits use interchangeable volumetric fill plates to help operators dial in target fill weights across different cone sizes and materials. Additional tooling can be added as your production needs change or new SKUs are introduced.
