Designed for 2–3 person production teams running multiple preroll SKUs at higher volume. The Enterprise Workflow includes the Hummingbird PR-1, Hummingbird Finisher, and tooling configured around your production needs.
Choose up to 3 cone SKUs by brand and size. Each SKU selection includes three Split Pod Sets configured for that specific cone, giving your team the tooling needed to keep production moving efficiently across multiple SKUs.
Designed for approximately 10,000–12,000 prerolls per 8-hour shift, depending on product, material, and workflow.
Finisher 2.0 tooling for consistent Dutch crown closing across a wide range of cone prerolls, including traditional flower and infused prerolls. The Finisher Kit includes complete tooling for 84 mm through 109 mm cones. For 60 mm and 70 mm prerolls, simply specify the sizes needed when ordering.
Designed for cone sizes from 60 mm to 110 mm, from pinners through 1-gram prerolls. Hummingbird Cone Pod Sets are built around the specific cone brand and SKU you choose, providing the fit and alignment needed for consistent production. Our patent-pending Standard Fill Kit uses interchangeable volumetric fill plates to dial in target fill weights across different preroll cone sizes. Designed for consistent, repeatable production while giving operators the flexibility to adjust fill volume as materials and production requirements change.
Designed for hemp wrap blunt tubes across a range of sizes and formats. Hummingbird Blunt Pod Sets are built around the specific tube you choose, with support for glass tips, wood tips, and smooth-smoke tips. Each Pod Set provides the fit and alignment needed for consistent filling and repeatable production.
