    Official Rules & Fine Print

    1. Who Can Enter

    Open to legal cannabis or hemp businesses located in the United States or Canada with a physical location.
    Limit 3 entries per business (one per employee).
    Employees of Hummingbird Preroll Systems and affiliates are not eligible.

    2. How to Enter

    Fill out the official entry form and agree to receive promotional emails.
    Incomplete or invalid entries will be disqualified.

    3. What You’ll Win

    One (1) Hummingbird PR1 Pre-Roll Machine (MSRP: $15,000 USD)

    • Non-transferable
    • Not redeemable for cash or alternate products
    • Covered under a limited giveaway warranty (see below)

    4. Shipping Costs

    The winner must pay for shipping.
    You’ll receive a quote prior to delivery and must pay in full before the machine is shipped.

    5. Taxes & Import Fees

    The winner is responsible for:

    • Any federal, state, or local taxes
    • Import duties (especially in Canada)
    • Any government-related charges

    Hummingbird does not reimburse or cover these costs.

    6. How the Winner is Chosen

    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    No purchase is necessary. Odds depend on the number of entries.

    7. When You’ll Hear Back

    Winner will be announced on December 15, 2025 and notified via email.
    If the winner doesn’t respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

    8. Multiple Entries

    Max of 3 entries per business.
    One entry per employee. Fake entries will be disqualified.

    10. Void Where Prohibited

    This contest is void where prohibited by law.
    All federal, state, and local laws apply.

    11. No Transfers

    The prize cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for other goods or services.

    12. U.S. & Canada Only

    Entries are accepted only from businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
    No exceptions due to shipping restrictions.

    13. Our Right to Modify or Cancel

    We reserve the right to:

    • Cancel or suspend the contest at any time
    • Disqualify entries due to fraud or abuse
    • Adjust deadlines if necessary

    If the contest ends early, a winner will be selected from valid entries received up to that point.

    14. Warranty (Limited)

    The prize machine includes a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

    • Shipping is NOT covered under this warranty
    • Winner pays for shipping in both directions if repairs are needed
    • Misuse, damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear are not covered
    • No upgrades or extended service plans available for the prize unit

    Warranty terms will be provided upon delivery.

    15. Limitation of Liability

    Hummingbird Preroll Systems is not liable for:

    • Loss, injury, or damages related to entering or using the prize
    • Technical errors or failed communications
    • Contest disruptions beyond our control

    • Winner announced: December 15, 2025

    17. Participation Rules

    • Name
    • Business name

    19. Legal Stuff

    This contest is governed by the laws of the State of California.
    All legal disputes must be resolved in Alameda County, California.
